摘 要:建立了超声波辅助萃取,乙酸酐衍生化后用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)法测定沉积物中对苯二酚的分析方法。对超声辅助萃取影响因素如萃取溶剂、超声功率、萃取次数和萃取时间进行了优化。在优化条件下,对苯二酚的回收率为85%~92%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.0%~7.2%,线性范围为0.05~10 mg/L,检出限为12.88 ng/g。该方法具有样品前处理时间短、方法简单、灵敏度高等特点,适用于沉积物和土壤中痕量对苯二酚的快速测定。An analytical method based on ultrasound-assisted extraction technique followed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry analysis was developed for the determination of hydroquinone in sediment samples.The operating conditions of the extraction process including the solvent type,the power of ultrasound and the extraction time were optimized.The result indicated that,under the optimal conditions,the recoveries of hydroquinone ranged from 85% to 92% with relative standard deviations of 3.0%-7.2%.The calibration curve for hydroquinone was linear within the range of 0.05-10 mg/L.The detection limits for hydroquinone were 12.88 ng/g.This method was rapid,simple and sensitive,and was suitable for the rapid determination of hydroquinone in sediment samples.
