摘 要:提出采用复合真空发生器构造负压伺服控制系统,在对其进行数学描述的基础上,进行了仿真研究,分析了系统参数对系统性能的影响.结果表明,为了获得高精度、高响应的连续可调的负压气信号,采用这种负压伺服控制系统是可行的,系统工作压力和封闭容腔大小的合理选择对实际构造的负压伺服控制系统具有至关重要的影响.The novel idea is presented which adopts a combined vacuum generator to construct a vacuum servo control system. On the basis of the mathematical description of the system, the simulating of the system is implemented and the system parameters are analyzed. It is shown that it is very feasible to adopt the vacuum servo control system to obtain high accurate and responsive vacuum air signal, which can be adjusted continuously. The reasonable selection of working pressure and volume of the closed chamber in the system is also important when constructing practically the vacuum servo control system.
