摘 要:进行非洲高地竹制备竹层积板和胶合板的研究,检测竹材原料和竹材人造板的性能,并与毛竹进行对比。结果显示:高地竹的刚性比毛竹高,干缩率较大,制备的竹材人造板表现出相同趋势;高地竹层积板可达到日本结构用单板层积材标准中的较高等级水平,竹胶合板的性能大幅超过欧洲标准OSB/4级水平,在建材领域应用前景广阔。Highland bamboo(Arundinaria alpine) is one of the most important bamboo species in Africa.To investigate its feasibility in structural applications,the authors tested its physical-mechanical properties when made into laminated bamboo boards and bamboo plywood.The properties of both original and composite bamboo products were tested and compared with Moso bamboo(Phyllostachys pubescens).The results showed that Highland bamboo exhibited higher stiffness and shrinkage results than Moso bamboo.Highland bamboo laminated boards had properties similar to high-grade structural laminated veneer lumber when evaluated against the JAS standard(MAFF,Notification No.237,2003).Bamboo plywood also exhibited excellent properties exceeding the specifications at the OSB/4 Level in the European standard(EN 300-2006).
