晏阳初平民教育思想及其对农村成人教育的启示

摘　　要：晏阳初是我教育研究界的先贤,丰富的平民教育阅历和深刻的理论见地使他在学界饱享"世界平民教育运动之父"之盛誉。他积极倡导并实践民本教育思想,指出民力如矿藏,需要挖掘,推行"四大教育",提倡"博士下乡"等。在我国大力推进社会主义新农村建设,着力培养"有文化、懂技术、善经营"的新型农民之际,晏阳初的平民教育思想值得农村成人教育借鉴。Yan Yangchu is the Education Research community sage.Rich experience of civilian education and profound theoretical insight made him enjoy the reputation of ＂the father of Civilian Education Movement in the world＂.He actively advocated and practiced the people thought of the education,noted that people＇s strength such as minerals,need to dig,implement the four education,advocate Dr.to the countryside,and so on.As our country vigorously promotes the construction of new socialist countryside,make efforts to train ＂educated,skilled,good management＂ the new farmers,Yan＇s idea of civilian education is still learning of the rural adult education.
