盘龙参中总黄酮提取工艺研究

摘　　要：目的:研究盘龙参中总黄酮的提取工艺。方法:采用紫外分光光度法从超声提取法、回流提取法、索氏提取法中选出最优提取方法,在此基础上进一步探讨乙醇浓度、时间、固液比,提取级数等因素对总黄酮含量的影响。结果:回流提取法所得总黄酮的含量较高,单因素试验设计得出优化实验条件为:乙醇浓度为75%,提取时间为3h,固液比为1∶40(g/mL),提取次数为1次。结论:该优选方法合理,可行。Objective： In order to select the best process of extraction of the flavonoids in Chinese Ladiestresses Root. Methods： We applied spectrophotometry to determine the content of total flavones in Chinese Ladiestresses Root with different extracting methods. Comparing the flavonoids of the ultrasonic extraction , assisted reflux extraction, Soxhlet extraction of three kinds of process was studied. On this basis, to maximize the extraction of total f[avonoids, technological parameters like ethlnol cocentration, extraction time, solid/liquid ratio and extraction of times were investigated by single factor method. Results： The content of total flavones extracted with assisted reflux extraction was relatively higher. The optinum technological parameters of extracting general flavonoids are as the following the concentration of ethanol, the extraction time , solid/liquid ratio and extraction of times are 75 % , 3 hours , 1 ： 40 and first time respectively. Conclusion： The optimum - seeking method was rational and feasible.
