新疆某高校维汉新生视力状况与其食菜相关性分析

摘　　要：目的了解入校新生视力状况,探讨食用蔬菜对视力健康的影响,为近视防治提供科学依据。方法整群抽取本校2008、2009年全体维汉新生,由专业技术人员使用标准对数视力表检测双眼裸视力,并对其习惯性食用蔬菜进行问卷调查。结果新疆某高校新生视力低下率汉族74.9%,维吾尔族19.2%;汉族新生习惯食用蔬菜种类为辣椒、茄子、芹菜等,维吾尔族新生习惯性食用蔬菜为芜菁、萝卜、洋葱等。结论维吾尔族新生视力低下率明显低于汉族新生,这与其经常摄食富含维生素、钙、氨基酸以及粗纤维的蔬菜关系密切。汉族城市新生视力低下率显著高于农村新生,其食用蔬菜种类明显少于后者。可见,偏食蔬菜不利于视力的保养。Objective To explore the eyesightstatus of the freshmen in a certain university,to analyze the influence of using vegetable to visual acuity,and to provide the scientific evidence for controlling and preventing myopia.Methods To acquire samples from the whole flock＇s freshman in 2008,2009 in a university that are used to exam standard sight of double naked eye with the logarithms chart by the professional technical personnel,and conduct questionnaire survey of the habitual using vegetable.Results The Uyghur freshman sight lowly rate is 74·9% and Han Chinese fresluman is 19·2% in a certain university in Xinjiang.The Han Chinese freshman is habited to eating pepper,eggplant and celery etc,The Uyghur freshman is using to eating turnip,radish and onion etc.Conclusion The Uyghur freshman＇s sight of the lowly rate is obviously lower than Han Chinese freshman,whose often eatvegetables thatrich in vitamin,calcium,amino acids and crude fiber.The poor visual acuity rate of Han city freshmen is significantly higher than the rural,which edible vegetable species obviously less than the latter.This shown that preference several vegetables eat is unfavorable to the maintenance of visual acuity.
