摘 要:RV (Rot-Vector)传动是一种新型传动,随着对其研究不断深入,其优越性越来越被人们所认可.本文在前人研究成果的基础上对其动力学的特性进行了分析.分析了传动比与偏心距之间的关系,传动比对传动振动的影响.在考虑轴的扭转变形情况下,对如何计算RV传动的旋转频率,及它和系统的固有频率之间的关系决定了系统能否共振进行了深入的研究.As a new type of drive the RV (rot vector) drive has lots of advantages.In this paper the dynamic characteristics of the RV drive are stndied.In detail,both the relationship between the ratio between drive and eccentricity and its effect on viberation are analysed.On the basis of considering the torsional deformation of the axis,the rotational frequency of RV drive is computed.In addition,the relationship between the rotational frequency and its fixed frequency is also given,from which the condition of resonance vibration can be concluded.
