摘　　要：评价高清晰度电视（ＨＤＴＶ）系统性能或研制ＨＤＴＶ解码器，需提供高速、标准编码码流．ＨＤＴＶ测试码流发生系统实现了将存于计算机硬盘的软件编码ＨＤＴＶ数据流转换成串行码流．码率范围可程控调整，其程控分频及顺序与循环工作方式便于应用．The high speed and standard encoded bit stream is needed in testing the performance of HDTV systems and in developing HDTV decoders.The HDTV test bit stream generating system described in this paper can transform the encoded HDTV data stream stored in the hard disc of computer into serial bit stream.The range of bit rate can be adjusted.The programmable frequency dividing function,and the bit output modes in sequence and in circle make it convenient to use the system.
