宫颈环形电切术治疗宫颈CIN病变的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨使用宫颈环形电切术(LEEP)治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变的治疗效果。方法对广州市第一人民医院70例采用宫颈环形电切术治疗的宫颈上皮内瘤变的患者资料进行回顾性分析,总结其病理结果,手术情况和患者复发率。结果 70例宫颈上皮内瘤变患者LEEP治疗效果较好,术中、术后并发症少。术后病理结果一致者为45例,占64.29%;病理结果下降27例,占38.57%;病理结果上升8例,占11.43%。70例患者治愈68例,占97.14%。结论采用宫颈环形电切术治疗宫颈CIN有很好的疗效,患者手术时间短,复发率低,治愈率高,值得在临床推广使用。Objective Explore the use of LEEP knife treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia of treatment.Methods 70 patients who suffered from cervical intraepithelial neoplasia in the first people′s hospital of Guangzhou were cured by LEEP knife treatment.They were retrospectively analyzed and summarized the results of the pathology,surgical conditions and relapse rate.Result 70 patients were treated well,there were no obvious discomfort.Pathology results were consistent with 45 cases,accounting for 64.29%;pathology decreased by 27 cases,accounting for 38.57%;pathology increased in 8 cases,accounting for 11.43%.70 patients were cured 68 cases,accounting for 97.14%.Conclusion LEEP knife treatment for cervical CIN has a good curative effect,shorter operation time in patients with low recurrence rate,cure rate is high,it is worth of clinic application.
