游离前臂皮瓣在修复口腔组织缺损的临床评价

摘　　要：目的:分析游离前臂皮瓣在修复口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤术后缺损的临床疗效。方法:选择2005年8月至2009年8月于我院行游离前臂皮瓣修复口腔颌面部组织缺损的72例患者,所有的患者均定期按时随访,随访1-5年,统计分析这些患者的临床资料。结果:70例游离前臂皮瓣修复成功,成功率为97.2%。随访观察供区和受区恢复良好,部分患者皮瓣有不同程度的感觉恢复。结论:前臂游离皮瓣可较好的修复口腔颌面部组织的缺损,临床应用中应注意适应症的选择。Objective：To summarize the experience of reconstruct oral and maxillofacial defects by forearm free flap.Method：72 patients reconstructed with forearm free flap for oral and maxillofacial defects from Aug.2005 to Aug.2009 were involved in this retrospective research.These patients followed up from 1 to 5 years.Result：The overall success rate was 97.2%.The long term result of donor site and donee site were satisfied,and the sensation recovery was also presented in several patients.Conclusion：The forearm free flap is a multifunction flap with good texture which can be applied to reconstruct oral and maxillofacial defects.
