摘  要:第二军医大学附属长海医院外科学教研室近年来探索应用多站式考核的方法,对研究生进行客观结构标准化考核(OSCE),收到了很好的效果。通过多站式考核,笔者发现临床多站式考核不仅可以了解学生掌握临床知识的情况,而且可以更好的评估研究生掌握临床技能解决实际问题的能力。临床多站式考核具有客观、全面、公正的特点,可以在今后的研究生临床技能考核评估中进一步的推广。The Department of Surgical Education, Changhai Hospital affiliated to Second Military Medical University (SMMU), used objective structured clinical examination (OSCE) to evaluate the essential clinical skills for medical graduates. We found that OSCE was a good way not only in evaluating what students had learned, but also in evaluating how they used the knowledge to solve clinical problems. It has been demonstrated that OSCE had the features of being objective, comprehensive and justified. We believe that it can be used in the future for evaluating medical graduates in a more comprehensive way.
