摘　　要：医学研究生是医学高等教育重点培养的对象,其肩负着未来医学发展的重任。医学研究生团队精神的培养在医学教育中起重要作用,尤其是在妇产科学这一特殊的医学领域,探讨其基本特征、倡导的必要性及实施的一些途径和措施具有重要的意义。Graduate medical students are the focus of medical higher education because they shoulder the important task of the future development of medicine. Cultivating their teamwork spirit plays an important role in medical education, especially in the medical field of obstetrics and gynecology. It is important to explore the basic features, need for advocacy and some ways and measures of implementation.
