摘　　要：对大学毕业生而言,就业能力的增长,就业储备至关重要。医学领域由于其特殊性,对从事医疗服务的工作人员有着更高的要求。随着世界医学的迅速发展,社会对医学教育不断提出更高的要求。形成性评价的实质在于强调对学生良好学习能力的培养和形成,最终得到一定的知识积累和技能训练。用好形成性评价对医学生就业储备具有显著的增量作用。As far as a college graduate is concerned, increased employability and pre-service preparation are of vital importance. Because of the specificity of medicine, the medical services pose higher requirements for health workers. With the rapid development of medicine in the world, the society has made higher requirements for medical education. The essence of formative evaluation lays emphasis on cultivation and development of good study ability so as to help students with knowledge accumulation and skill training. Making good use of formative evaluation has an important role in the increment of pre-service preparation for medical college graduates.
