摘　　要：体外循环学作为一门新兴学科近年在我国得到了迅猛发展,但仍存在各地区发展不平衡、体外循环灌注师队伍水平参差不齐的状况,本文探讨了如何更好地加强体外循环灌注师的继续教育,旨在提高体外循环灌注师综合能力。Cardiopulmonary bypass, as a new subject, has rapidly developed in recent years in China. However, there are some problems such as unbalanced development of cardiopulmonary bypass and various levels of cardiopulmonary bypass perfusionists in different regions. This paper explores how to strengthen continuing education of cardiopulmonary bypass perfusionists in order to develop their overall ability.
