摘　　要：在给出了企业活力的评价指标的标准值的基础上，通过与标准值、不同类型企业的活力状态之间的相互比较，对我国私营企业活力进行现状分析，并提出相应的对策。Based on the establishing the norms system of enterprise's vitality evaluating and their standard value ,the paper illustrates the situation of the private enterprise's vitality and the countermeasures about how to raise its vitality.
