益气补肾解毒化瘀方治疗慢性丙型肝炎肝纤维化临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察益气补肾解毒化瘀方对丙型肝炎(丙肝)后肝纤维化的临床疗效。方法将63例患者随机分为治疗组(34例)与对照组(30例),分别给予益气补肾解毒化瘀方及苦参素胶囊、甘草酸二铵胶囊治疗6个月。检测并比较2组血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、总胆红素(TB il)、血清白蛋白(ALB)、透明质酸(HA)、Ⅳ型胶原(Ⅳ-C)、Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ)。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组;治疗组部分临床症状体征改善优于对照组,血清HA、Ⅳ-C、PCⅢ较治疗前均显著下降,与对照组比较有显著性差异。结论益气补肾解毒化瘀方对丙肝后肝纤维化有明显的治疗作用。Objective It is to observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Yiqi Bushen Detoxification and Removing Stasis Decoction on human liver fibrosis caused by chronic hepatitis C. Methods Sixty-three patients were divided into treatment group （34 cases） and control group （30 cases） randomly. Patients were treated with Yiqi Bushen Detoxification and Removing Sta- sis Decoction in treated group and Kurorinone capsule and diammonium glycyrrhizinate capsule in control group for six months. Levels of alanine aminotransferase （ALT）, aspartate aminotransferase （AST）, total bilirubin （TBil） , albumin （ALB）, hyal- uronic acid （ HA ） , IV - collagen （ IV - C ） and III procollagen （ PC III） in serum were detected and compared. Results Total effective rate was 94.1% in treatment group and 73.3% in control group. Improve of clinical symptoms and signs in treatment group were better than that in control group; serum HA, IV - C, PC Ill in treatment group were all significantly decreased, and has significant difference compared with control group. Conclusion Yiqi Bushen Detoxification and Removing Stasis Decoction is significant effective in treatment of chronic hepatitis C liver fibrosis.
