摘  要:为了克服电机非线性、变参数的影响,本文研究了适用于无刷直流电动机控制系统的单神经元自适应PID控制器。对线性和非线性单神经元自适应PID控制器的分析和仿真表明线性单神经元控制系统具有响应快、鲁棒性强、自适应好等特点,易于实现实时控制。In designing highspeed highaccuracy control system of Brushless DC motor (BLDCM), we encountered several problems: saturation armature reflection, parameter drifts, load disturbances, and stringent requirement on online calculation speed. We propose a linear singleneuron adaptive PID controller as the best we could devise as a solution of these problems. We compared both linear and nonlinear single neuron PID controllers. The comparison is presented in Figs.3 throught 7; it involves five different conditions: noload starting (Fig.3), load starting (Fig.5), inertia change (Fig.4), load disturbance (Fig.6), input change (Fig.7). The comparison shows that the linear single neuron adaptive PID controller is better than the nonlinear one because: (1) the linear one is better in meeting the fast covergence demand for BLDCM control system, (2) the linear one improves better the dynamic performance robustness and adaptive capability of the BLDCM control system.
