中西医结合治疗老年消化性溃疡疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察黄芪注射液联合泮托拉唑钠治疗老年消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法:选择60例老年消化性溃疡患者,随机分为两组各30例,对照组给予常规静滴泮托拉唑钠治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用黄芪注射液,治疗5周后观察临床疗效。结果:治疗组治愈21例,显效3例,有效1例,无效3例,总有效率90.0%;对照组治愈16例,显效2例,有效3例,无效9例,总有效率总70.0%;两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪注射液联合泮托拉唑钠治疗老年消化性溃疡效果显著,能更有效的促进溃疡愈合。Objective： To investigate the clinical curative effect of Astragalus Injecta combined with pantoprazole on peptic ulcer of aged people.Method： 60 cases of aged people with peptic ulcer were divided into two groups randomly.30 cases in control group were treated with pantoprazole by intervenous drop infusion.The other 30 cases in treatment group were done with Astragalus Injecta as well as pantoprazole.One treatment course included 5 weeks.Then the clinical curative effects,symptoms and gastroscopic information were collected and observed.Result： The curative effective rate was 90.0% in treatment group,and 70.0% in control group.There was significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion： Astragalus Injecta combined with pantoprazole has good effect on peptic ulcer of aged people.They can help peptic ulcer healing more effectively.
