摘 要:在室内测定了罗默碱对8种植物病原真菌和11种动物病原细菌的抑菌活性。结果表明,罗默碱对梨锈病菌、柿角斑病菌、柑橘疮痂病菌、西瓜枯萎病菌、甘蔗凤梨病菌、香蕉炭疽病菌、玉米炭疽病菌和梨褐斑病菌8种植物病原真菌的菌丝生长有明显的抑制作用,质量浓度为0.5 g/L时,72 h(甘蔗凤梨病菌为48 h)的抑菌率分别为100.00%、77.45%、76.88%、100.00%、100.00%、85.71%、100.00%和59.21%;有效中浓度(EC50)分别为0.037 8、0.195 6、0.173 2、0.044 1、0.265 2、0.259 0、0.099 5和0.341 0 g/L。罗默碱对蜡状芽孢杆菌、巨大芽孢杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、溶壁微球菌、藤黄微球菌、伤寒沙门氏菌和痢疾志贺氏菌的抑菌圈直径为9.50~18.75 mm,而对普通变形杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌和大肠杆菌没有抑制作用。罗默碱对巨大芽孢杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、藤黄微球菌、伤寒沙门氏菌和痢疾志贺氏菌的最小抑制浓度均为0.3 g/L,对蜡状芽孢杆菌的最小抑制浓度为0.7 g/L,对溶壁微球菌的最小抑制浓度为0.2 g/L。The inhibitory activity of roemerine against 8 species of pathogenic fungi and 11 species of pathogenic bacteria were determined in the laboratory.The results showed that roemerine had significant inhibitory activity against Gymnosporangium haraeanum Syd,Cercospora kaki Ell.et Ev,Sphaceloma fawcettii Jenkins,Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.niveum(E.F.Smith) Syn.et Hans,Thielaviopsis paradoxa(de Seynes) V.Hohnel,Glorosprium musarum Cookeet Mass,Colletotrichum graminicola(Ces.) Wilson and Mycosphaerella sentina(Fr.) Schroeter.The inhibitory rates of roemerine at the concentration of 0.5 g/L against the 8 fungi were respectively 100.00%,77.45%,76.88%,100.00%,100.00%,85.71%,100.00% and 59.21% after 72 h of treatment(while 48 h of treatment for T.paradoxa),and the EC50 were 0.037 8,0.195 6,0.173 2,0.044 1,0.265 2,0.259 0,0.099 5 and 0.341 0 g/L respectively.The diameter of inhibition zone of roemerine to Bacillus cereus Frankland,B.megaterium de Bary,B.subtilis(Ehrenberg) Cohn,Staphyloccocus aureus rosenbach,Micrococcus lysodeikticus Fleming,Micrococcus luteus(Schroeter) Cohn,Salmonella typhi(Schroeter) Warren Scott and Shigella dysenteriae(Shiga) Castellani Chalmers was 9.50~18.75 mm.But it had no inhibitory activity against Proteus vulgaris Hauser,Pseudomonas aeruginosa(Schroeter) Migula and Escherichia coli(Migula) Casleillii and Chalmers.To B.megaterium,B.subtilis,S.aureus,M luteus,S.typhi and S.dysenteriae,the MIC value of roemerine was all 0.3 g/L.To B.cereus and M lysodeikticus,that was 0.7 g/L and 0.2 g/L respectively.
