摘 要:为了快速检测脐橙中的糖酸比,对脐橙样品进行近红外光谱扫描,建立脐橙光谱与糖酸比化学分析测定结果之间的校正模型,比较不同光谱预处理方法、不同光谱范围的选择对建模效果的影响。结果表明,多元散射校正(MSC)是一种较优的脐橙光谱预处理方法。在7 502.1~5 446.2 cm-1和4 601.5~4 246.7 cm-1优化光谱范围内,所建的偏最小二乘法分析模型的内部交叉验证均方差RMSECV仅为0.767,决定系数R2达到0.827 9。所建模型能较准确地预测脐橙的糖酸比,为脐橙糖酸比的测定提供一种快速简便的无损检测方法。In order to measure sugar-acid ratio of navel orange fast,a calibration model between the information of the near infrared(NIR) spectra of navel orange samples and chemical analysis of the sugar-acid ratio was established by scanning the navel orange samples with near infrared diffusive spectroscopy,and the effects of different spectral data preprocessing methods and different spectral range on near infrared spectroscopy(NIRS) nondestructive determination of sugar-acid ratio were analyzed.The results showed that Multiplicative Scatter Correction(MSC) was obviously superior to the other spectral data preprocessing methods.In 7 502.1~5 446.2 cm-1 and 4 601.5~4 246.7cm-1 optimized spectral range,the Root mean square errors of Cross-Validation(RMSECV) obtained by Partial least squares(PLS) model was 0.767,the correlation coefficient R2 between prediction and true values was 0.827 9.The model could accurately predict the sugar-acid ratio of navel orange,and a fast and convenient method of sugar-acid ratio determination was established.
