康德鉴赏判断中的想像力解析

摘　　要：在《判断力批判》中,康德明确地把审美中的想像力界定为"生产性的想像力"。由此,在鉴赏判断中,想像力的活动就是想像力的自身解放。而这种自由合规律性的活动既相关于从知性概念的束缚中摆脱,又相关于知性发动下的归摄形象的先天综合。它具体表现为无概念的活动和无目的的协调,并且在表象方式上只相关于情感状态。In the judgment of taste,the imagination is taken as productive and spontaneous.Hereon,the imagination is free and yet lawful of itself.This free lawfulness of imagination is related to getting rid of concept of understanding and a priori synthesis of the transcendental function of imagination started by understanding.It embodies a concept-free and aimless harmony and in the representation with emotional states only related.
