摘 要:分析协同设计技术及参数化技术,提出用NX软件在异地通过网络进行产品协同设计的方法。根据产品中零件的关联关系,分析零件设计的顺序以及零件之间的参数关联,并根据产品的树状结构和网状关系与网络的分布结构类似的特点,在NX平台下,采用"Top-down"的装配设计方法,利用WAVE技术驱动参数,根据网络分布情况,合理安排任务,使整个设计网发挥最大的效率,并给出设计实例。Computer supposed cooperation design (CSCD) technology and parametric technology were analyzed. The approach was proposed that NX software was use to design product eollaboratively through network. Sequence of part design was analyzed, as well as parameter correlation between parts. According to the character that product tree structure and network relations were similar to network distribution structure, in the NX platform, using "Top-down" assembly design, WAVE technology was used to drive parameters. According to network distribution, the tasks were reasonably arranged to make the whole design with the utmost efficiency. A design example was given.
