摘 要:建立了开关磁阻发电机非线性数学模型,进行了稳态及动态数值仿真;设计了4kW发电机样机,并给出了6000~12000r/min变速、0.1~2.2kW变载、恒压270V直流发电试验结果。Airplanes in the future will use HVDC (High Voltage Direct Current) mains as their electric power supply to improve its reliability, fault tolerance, and adaptability under harsh environment. Switched reluctance generator (SRG) is said to be the only kind of generator which can meet these requirements and at the same time is cost effective . We here present a 4 kW SRG designed by us. We first established a non linear mathematical model of SRG (eq.3). Such a model describes the three main parts of SRG reluctance motor, power converter, and controller as a strongly coupled unit. We did steady state phase current simulation ( Fig.4a ), and 4 kW loading dynamic response simulation (Fig.4b) based on eq.(3). Fig.1 shows the schematical diagram of the SRG. Fig.5 gives the test results of electric power generation under the conditions of varying speed and varying load, which are similar to actual operating conditions in an airplane. Test results show that our SRG can meet the requirements of U.S. military standard of aircraft electric power characteristics MI L STD 704E.
