摘 要:以某客车为例,建立了该客车车身骨架的有限元模型。对整车模型进行了模态分析和谐响应分析,结果表明:在车身的第十三阶振型至第十六阶振型中,车身结构模型的中后段变形较大,尤其是发动机底架后段变形较大,当外界激励频率接近固有频率时,会发生共振;当外界激励频率在50,91 Hz时,车身骨架结构模型中后端和尾部振动的幅值较大,该激振频率会引起车身骨架结构的共振。The finite element model of the passenger vehicle structure is established with its structure as an example. Dynamic characteristics and harmonious response analysis of the whole vehicle model are made. The results show that during the 13th step vibration and 16th step vibration of the vehicle body, the comparatively serious deformation happens in the middle and back section of the vehicle structure model, and particularly in the back section of engine bottom structure. When the outer stimulant frequency is close to that of the vehicle body, response happens. With the outer stimulant frequency at 50,91 Hz, restively large swing happens in the middle-back and back section of the vehicle structure model, and this swing may cause the response of the vehicle body structure.
