二种光固化材料修复楔状缺损的临床分析

摘  要:目的:评价Dyract复合体修复楔状缺损的临床疗效。方法:将80例楔状缺损的患者分成两组,一组采用Dyract复合体修复,另一组采用光固化复合树脂修复,追踪观察1~2年,观察二组的临床效果。结果:Dyract复合体组成功率94.44%,光固化复合树脂组成功率83.72%。结论:Dyract复合体是一种理想的修复楔形缺损材料,临床疗效肯定。Objective: Appraise the clinical curative effect of the Dyract complex repairing wedge-shaped defect.Methods: Divide the 80 patients with wedge-shaped defect into two groups,one group adopts the Dyract complex repair,the other group adopts the photo-curing composite resin repair.Tracing observe for one or two years and observe the clinical effects of the two groups.Result: Tracing observation,the Dyract complex composition power is 94.44% and the composition power of the photo-curing composite resin is 83.72%.Conclusion: The Dyract complex is a kind of ideal material repairing wedge-shaped defect and has a good clinical curative effect.
