摘　　要：网络时代的技术创新机会具有时效性、平等性和优化性的特点。网络时代为企业带来了更多的技术创新机会。要想在网络时代成功利用技术创新机会,需要以合作创新作为保证,以虚拟技术创新作为先进模式。The internet age has become the objective management environment for an enterprise＇s survival and development.The technological innovation opportunity in the internet age is critical for an enterprise＇s technological innovation,which has the characteristics of timeliness,equality and optimization.The internet age brings more technological innovation opportunities for the enterprises.A large number of network information,the personalized consumption demand,network management in the production workshop and e-commerce can become the technological innovation opportunities for an enterprise.To succeed in using the technological innovation opportunities in the internet age,the cooperation innovation is the guarantee and the virtual technological innovation is the advanced mode.
