流行性角结膜炎遗留角膜上皮下浸润的治疗

摘　　要：目的探讨流行性角结膜炎遗留角膜上皮下浸润的药物治疗方法。方法采用随机对照实验,治疗组98例(163眼)应用0.1%氟美龙眼液滴患眼,由每日4次起,依病情逐渐减量至停药,最多用药8周。对照组70例(108眼)给予0.5%病毒唑眼液滴患眼每日4次及金因舒(重组人表皮生长因子)眼液滴患眼每日4次,用药8周。结果治疗组98例(163眼)中治愈127眼(77.91%),好转25眼(15.34%),无效11眼(6.75%),总有效率93.25%;对照组70例(108眼)中治愈13眼(12.04%),好转46眼(42.59%),无效49眼(45.37%),总有效率54.63%。两组结果经统计学处理有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论 0.1%氟美龙眼液滴眼能显著缩短流行性角结膜炎遗留的角膜上皮下浸润的吸收时间。Objective To investigate the drug treatment on corneal subepithelial infiltrate after esepidemic keratoconjunctivitis.Methods 168 patients with epidemic keratoconjunctivitis were randomly divided into two groups.Ninety patients（163 eyes）in the treated group were treated with 0.1% fluorometholone eye drops,from 4 times a day,the withdrawal by the disease gradually tapered to a maximum of 8 weeks of treatment.Seventy patients in the control group were treated with 0.5% ribavirin eye drops and jinyinshu（recombinant human epidermal growth factor） 4 times a day,medicated for 8 weeks.Results 98 patients（163 eyes） were cured 127（77.91%）,improved in 25 eyes（15.34%）,ineffective in 11 eyes（6.75%）,the total effective rate 93.25%;control group,70 patients（108 eyes） were cured 13（12.04%）,improved in 46 eyes（42.59%）,ineffective in 49 eyes（45.37%）,the total effective rate 54.63%.Results showed the two groups have statistically significant difference（p 0.01）.Conclusion The 0.1% fluorometholone eye drops can significantly reduce the absorption time of the corneal subepithelial infiltrate after esepidemic keratoconjunctivitis.
