摘　　要：在教学改革过程中,开展具有沿海特色的制冷与冷藏技术专业教学管理改革与实践,在教学管理理念、教学管理目标、教学过程管理和信息反馈管理上进行了改革与实践,使我校制冷与冷藏技术专业的就业范围不断扩大,就业率逐年提高,取得了很好的教学效果。Innovation and practice of teaching management of refrigeration and cold storage technology specialty with circumlittoral feature are unfolded in course of innovating teaching.The innovation and practice deal with teaching management logos,teaching management aim,teaching course management and information feedback management.It makes the area of obtaining employment of this specialty in our college extended.As the rate of obtaining employment has been rising year after year,we can say the innovation and practice bring better teaching effect.
