摘　　要：在大学毕业生就业竞争越来越激烈的大环境下,如何提高日语专业毕业生的就业竞争力,培养出更符合当今社会发展需求的复合型及实用型人才是我们每个从事外语教学工作者的重要研究课题之一。文章结合当今社会需求及广西就业趋势,就如何更合理地设置日语专业课程、科学的调整和完善教学方式与内容进行了探讨和实践研究。As the competition of employment among university graduates is getting more and more intense,how to improve the employing competitiveness of Japanese majors and to cultivate disciplinary and practical personnel has become one of the most significant issues for every single foreign language teaching professional.The paper,based on the needs of nowadays society and the employment trends in Guangxi,discusses and practically researches on the topic of how to make a more reasonable arrangement of professional curriculum,and how to make scientific adjustment and completion of teaching methods and contents of courses.
