“谈心工程”与大学生思想政治教育

摘　　要：大学生思想政治教育的重中之重是如何发挥思想政治教育的有效性和长效性机制。新形势下增强大学生思想政治教育的针对性、时效性以及亲和力、感染力,需要拓展大学生思想政治教育的有效途径。"谈心工程"是大学生思想政治教育充分发挥教育功能的有效路径。本文结合大学生思想政治教育的工作实践,在对"谈心工程"进行内涵解读的基础上,分析"谈心工程"在大学生思想政治教育工作中的突破口,总结"谈心工程"在促进大学生思想政治教育工作有效开展中的有益经验。The highest priorities of ideological and political education of college students is building up an effective and long lasting mechanism.Under the new situation,we should make step forward to expand more effective ways which aim at enhancing effectiveness,pertinence,affinity and infectivity of the ideological and political education of college students.According to some working experience about ideological and political education of college students,the thesis analyzes how to break out the ideological and political education of college students based on intensive understanding of ＂Heart to Heart Talk Project＂.And the thesis sums up some beneficial experience gained from ＂Heart to Heart Talk Project＂ in the process of improving Ideological and political education of college students effectively.
