丁二酸二氨合铂的合成、表征及抗癌作用的研究

摘　　要：采用X射线衍射、傅里叶变换红外光谱、差热分析和元素分析等近代分析测试方法,对首次合成的丁二酸二氨合铂的结构、理化特性、构效关系以及抗癌活性进行了研究.结果表明,丁二酸二氨合铂属斜方晶系,有较强的抗癌活性.This article presents the results of the research using the method of X ray diffraction, Forcer transform infrared spectroscopy and differential thermal analysis to investigate the characteristics, structures and relation between structures and effects of the butanedioic diamino platinum. Experiments show the following phenomena: The butanedioic diamino platinum is orthorhombic structure and highly anti cancerous effect.
