鼻咽癌组织中LRP蛋白的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨肺耐药相关蛋白LRP在鼻咽癌组织中的表达水平及意义。方法免疫组化SP法检测LRP蛋白在鼻咽癌和慢性鼻咽炎粘膜组织中的表达情况及放疗前后肿瘤残留率。结果 56例鼻咽癌组织中LRP蛋白阳性表达率为41.1%(23/56),正常鼻咽粘膜组织中阳性率为7.60%(3/26),2组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。LRP蛋白表达与鼻咽癌分化程度,淋巴结转移范围,TNM分期及性别、年龄无关(P>0.05)。LRP蛋白表达与放疗鼻咽癌放疗结束时肿瘤残留率率有关,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 LRP蛋白在鼻咽癌组织中的表达明显高于正常鼻咽粘膜组织中的表达,提示LRP蛋白与鼻咽癌的发生有关,鼻咽癌具有较高的原发耐药性。LRP与鼻咽癌分化程度,淋巴结转移范围,T分期及性别、年龄无关,但与鼻咽癌放疗结束时肿瘤残留率率有关,LRP蛋白降低了鼻咽癌对放疗的敏感性。Objective To investigated the expression of lung resistance protein（LRP） in nasopharyngeal carcinoma（NPC）.Methods Immunohistochemistry（sp）has been used to examine the expression levels of LRP in the tissues of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and chronic inflammation nasopharyngeal membrane.And the survival rate of nasopharyngeal carcinoma treated by radiotherapy.Results The positive expression rate of the tissues of nasopharyngeal carcinoma from56patients is41.10%（23/56）,and that of the chronic inflammation nasopharyngeal membrane is7.60%（3/26）.The difference of the two groups has been found statistical significance（P0.05）;The expression levels of LRP are not related to the differential degree,the range of lymph node metastases and clinical staging of nasopharyngeal carcinoma,The difference of it has not been found statistically significant（P0.05）.The expression levels of LRP are related to the survival rate of nasopharyngeal carcinoma treated by radiotherapy,The difference between them has been found statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion The expression levels of LRP in the tissues of nasopharyngeal carcinoma is obviously higher than that of the chronic inflammation nasopharyngeal membrane,which means LRP may relate to the genesis and development of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Nasopharyngeal carcinoma may have a high primarily drug resistance.The expression levels of LRP are not related to the differential degree,the range of lymph node metastases and clinical staging of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.While it is related to the survival rate of nasopharyngeal carcinoma treated by radiotherapy.LRP may cut down the sensitivity of nasopharyngeal carcinoma to radiotherapy.
