理气降浊方对功能性消化不良患者临床疗效及胃电图的影响

摘　　要：目的观察理气降浊方对消化不良(FD)患者临床疗效及胃电图的影响。方法将55例肝郁脾虚、湿浊中阻型FD患者随机分为2组,治疗组31例予理气降浊方治疗,对照组24例予多潘立酮片治疗。2组均治疗4周后观察临床疗效、症状积分变化,并进行胃电图比较。结果治疗组总有效率93.55%,对照组总有效率83.33%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组临床疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后早饱、上腹痛、痞满、嗳气、烧心、泛酸及腹胀等症状均较本组治疗前明显改善(P<0.05,P<0.01),且治疗组缓解早饱、嗳气及腹胀症状方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后餐后正常慢波百分比较本组治疗前增多(P<0.05);2组治疗后餐前餐后主功率之比均较本组治疗前有增加趋势,但比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论理气降浊方能缓解FD患者临床症状,提高疗效。胃电参数在一定程度上客观反映了中医脾、肝的生理病理变化,胃电图的变化也较客观地观察了理气降浊方对FD的治疗和转归。Objective To observe the effect of Liqijiangzhuo Prescription on electrogastrogram（EGG） of patients with functional dyspepsia（FD）.Methods 55 cases of FD with stagnation of liver-QI with deficiency of the spleen and turbi damp obstructing in middle-JIAO were randomly divided into 2 groups,treatment group（n=31） received Liqijiangzhuo Prescription,24 patients in the control group were treated by domperidone.The clinical effect,symptom score changes and the EGG were observed four weeks later.Results The total effective rate in treatment group（93.55%） was higher than that in control group（83.33%,P0.05）.The clinical symptoms including premature satiation,epigastric pain,belching,heartburn,abdominal distension after treatment were improved in comparison with those before treatment in two groups（P0.05,P0.01）.The improvement of premature satiation,belching and abdominal distension in treatment group were superior to those in control group（P0.05）.After treatment,the percentage of postprandial normal slow waves was increased compared with before treatment in treatment group（P0.05）.The power ratio of the main before meal after meal showed increased tendency in comparison with those before treatment.Conclusion Liqijiangzhuo Prescription can relieve clinical symptoms of patients with FD,and enhance therapeutic effect.EGG parameters can be objective to reflect some extent the traditional Chinese medicine the spleen,liver and the physiological and pathological changes.
