摘  要:介绍多变量约束控制(Multivariable Constrained Control, MCC)软件包的整体框架和主要功能,并阐述了MCC的控制和优化策略.完整的MCC软件包除核心组件——多变量约束预测控制组件外,还包含了模型辨识和数据校正、非线性预测控制、软测量、动态仿真、I/O接口、组态、共享数据库驱动、工艺过程动态监控、用户应用程序接口以及历史数据处理等组件.MCC技术已成功地应用于一大型催化裂化装置。The framework and main function blocks of the Multivariable Constrained Control (MCC) software package were introduced. The control and optimization strategies were described in detail. The theory and technique of MCC are originated from the requirements of complex process industries, and so it has strong engineering backgrounds. Besides the core block, multivariable constrained predictive control, the other blocks of MCC, such as model identification and data processing, nonlinear predictive control, soft sensor, dynamic simulation, I/O interface, configuration, shared database driver, process dynamic scan and control, application program interface and history data processing were also introduced simply. MCC has been applied on a large scale Fluid Catalysis Cracking Unit (FCCU) and obtained outstanding economical and social benefits.
