解毒化浊活血方配合注线疗法治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变58例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察解毒化浊活血方配合注线疗法治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)癌前病变的临床疗效。方法将118例CAG癌前病变患者按照进入研究的先后顺序,采用随机数字表法分为2组,对照组60例予解毒化浊活血方治疗,治疗组58例在对照组的基础上予注线疗法。2组均30 d为1个疗程,连续3个疗程。观察2组临床疗效;治疗前及治疗后30、60、90 d胃脘胀满、疼痛症状积分情况;胃镜观察2组治疗前后胃黏膜颗粒增生、血管透见、充血水肿、糜烂及溃疡改善情况;记录2组不良反应。结果 2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组;治疗组治疗后30、60、90 d症状积分均少于对照组同期,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组颗粒增生及血管透见改善率优于对照组(P<0.05);2组均无不良反应。结论解毒化浊活血方配合注线疗法治疗CAG癌前病变能有效的改善临床症状,修复受损的胃黏膜,疗效确切。Objective To investigate effect of precancerous lesions of chronic atrophic gastritis treated by combination of prescription for removing toxin for resolving turbidity and promoting blood flow and thread injection.Methods 118 patients with precancerous lesions of chronic atrophic gastritis were randomly divided into two groups.Control group received prescription for removing toxin for resolving turbidity and promoting blood flow.Treatment group received combination of prescription for removing toxin for resolving turbidity and promoting blood flow and thread injection.The course was 30 days in two groups.The symptom score of epigastric fullness and pain were observed before and after 30,60 and 90 d of treatment.The improvement of Particles proliferation,vascular permeability,congestion and edema,erosion and ulceration were recorded.Results Symptom scores after 30,60 and 90 d of treatment in treatment group were less than those in the control group,there was statistically significant difference between two groups（P0.05）.,Particles proliferation and the improvement rate of vascular permeability in treatment group were superior to those in the control group（P0.05）;2 groups had no adverse reactions.Conclusion Combination of prescription for removing toxin for resolving turbidity and promoting blood flow and thread injection can effectively improve the damage of the gastric mucosa,and has definite effect on precancerous lesions of chronic atrophic gastritis.
