摘 要:针对机械产品柔性装配过程中物料追踪困难的问题,文中首先进行了物料追踪要素分析,建立了工艺配置导向的产品追踪BOM扩展模型;在此基础上,重点研究了一种面向MES的物料追踪方法,即在MES相关子模块提供数据支持的前提下,建立一个工序级物料追踪的通用流程,以工序为基本单元对装配全过程进行物料跟踪;最后通过实例验证上述方法的实用性和可行性。To solving the material tracking problems during the flexible assembly process of mechanical produets, firstly the material tracking elements were analyzed, and an extended model for the product tracking BOM by the process configuration was established. Then,to instantiate the model, a material tracking material method for MES was deeply researched, that was a common proeess-level material tracking process supported by MES sub-module was built. With working procedure as the basic unit material tracking was executed for the whole assembly process. Finally, the validity and feasibility of the above method were proved by an example.
