摘　　要：对电饭煲面盖模具整体式型腔的加工工艺进行了详尽分析,应用CimatronE9.0软件完成了全部加工程序的编制,利用高级仿真功能验证了程序的正确性和合理性,并对程序后置处理和实操加工中的工作要点进行了论述,所介绍的经验与技巧对于模具型腔的数控编程与加工具有一定的借鉴意义。The paper made a detailed analysis of machining technics about the integral mold cavity of electric cooker cover,completed all processing programming applying CimatronE9.0,applied advanced simulation function to verify the correctness and rationality of the program The main points about Post processing and machining were discussed,experience and skills inherent have reference significance for NC programming and machining of mold cavity.
