摘　　要：本文介绍了班干部轮换制的理论来源、实施形式、特点、实践羁绊,并就班干部轮换制对大学生自我管理、自我教育的作用进行了分析,提出了在班干部轮换制实施过程中,为推动大学生自我管理自我教育工作的三点建议。This paper gives an introduction of theoretical source of the rotation system of class leaders , its form of implementation, its features and what difficulties and obstacles are faced in practice. In addition, this article also lays analysis on how the rotation system of class leaders works to university students＇ selfdiscipline and self-education. There are three sugges- tions presented to promote the activity of students＇ self-discipline and self-education t smoothly in its operations of the system.
