摘　　要：分析将循证医学引入医学文献检索教学的必要性及其重要作用,改革教学内容、教学方法、师资素质等方面。将循证医学引入医学文献检索,有利于促进医学文献检索教学的深度和广度,有利于植入循证医学理念,这也是医学教育改革和发展的必然趋势。Analyzing the reason and the significance of introducing Evidence Based Medicine（EBM） to medical literature retrieval courses,Reform to teach contents,evaluation methods,teachers.Moreover it points out that the introduction is very useful in promoting the medical literature retrieval teaching and popularizing EBM,which is the inevitable trend in reforming and development of medical education.
