摘　　要：口腔和面部肿瘤，除了考虑手术切除意外，我们还要考虑术后切口的隐蔽性，使美容效果最大化。对不同位置的肿瘤，我们选择了不同切口的术式；口内法，耳屏前，眶下缘，前庭沟，三角型切口等术式，我们对10例患者的面部肿瘤给予手术，分别采用上述手术方式，手术顺利，效果满意。Oral and facial tumors, in addition to considering surgical accidents, we must also consider the hidden incision, so that maximum cosmetic effect. Tumors of different locations, we chose a different type of surgical incision; mouth method, before the tragus, the inferior orbital rim, vestibular groove, triangular shaped incision and other surgical procedures, we have facial tumors in 10 patients given surgery, respectively, using the above Surgical, surgery went well and results were satisfactory.
