摘　　要：目的探讨喉乳头状瘤患者中尖锐湿疣的发生，以利早期发现并综合治疗。方法对2003—2008年57例喉乳头状瘤患者行乳头状瘤切除术，对其中5例证实为尖锐湿疣者行综合治疗。结果5例喉尖锐湿疣治疗有效率为40％。结论喉部乳头状瘤应及早行活检及免疫组织化学检查；对确诊为喉尖锐湿疣的患者应及时行综合治疗，以尽量减少其复发。Objective To investigate the cause of eondyloma aeuminatum （CA）in patients from laryngeal papilloma,to has been founded earlier and treatment complex. Methods The patients of laryngeal papilloma fifth-seven from1994-2005 were rescuted the laryngeal-papilloma, the result to five eases with confinmatre diagnosis of CA had been given-treatment ccmplex. Results The five cases were cuerd,the cure rate of five was 40%. Conclusion The biopsy and Immunohistoehemercal study in laryngeal papilloma should be done as soon as posserh,The patients with confirrmitone diagnosis should be given treatment complex in time.The recurrence of the eases can be descreased reduced.
