摘　　要：目的:探讨血清癌胚抗原(CEA)、CA125、CA19-9测定在肺癌的诊断和预后判断中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析2010年05月-2011年05月我院收治的94例肺癌患者化疗前后血清CEA、CA125、CA19-9水平检测结果,并与良性肺病组和健康对照组作对比分析。结果:肺癌患者血清CEA、CA125、CA19-9水平明显高于良性肺病组和健康对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);化疗有效组治疗后CEA和CA125水平较治疗前明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血清CEA、CA125、CA19-9水平检测对肺癌诊断和预后判断有较好应用价值;血清CEA和CA125水平的变化对晚期肺癌患者化疗效果的判断有一定价值。Objective： to study the serum carcinoma embryo antigen （CEA）, CA125, CA19 - 9 determination in lung cancer diagnosis and prognosis application value judgment. Methods： A retrospective analysis of may 2010 - may 2011 were 94 cases of our patients with lung cancer chemotherapy serum C E before A and C A1 2 5, C A19 - 9 test results, and with benign pulmonary disease group compared with healthy controls. Results： lung cancer patients serum C E A, C A 1 2 5, C A1 9 - 9 level obviously higher than benign pulmonary disease group and healthy contxols, are highly statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.0 5）, chemotherapy effective treatment group C E after A and C A 12 5 more before treatment dropped significantly, difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.0 5）. Conclusion： the serum CA 125, CEA, detecting cal9 - 9 leel of lung cancer diagnosis and prognostic has good application value. Serum C E A and C AI 2 5 levels of change on advanced cancer patients have cerlain curative effect judgment value.
