临床护理路径在病毒性肝炎肝硬化并消化道出血患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨临床护理路径在病毒性肝炎肝硬化并消化道出血患者中的应用效果。方法选取2009年1月-2010年8月本院收治的病毒性乙型肝炎肝硬化并消化道出血患者200例,随机分为实验组与对照组各100例,对照组按常规进行护理和健康教育指导,实验组根据临床护理路径进行护理与健康教育。比较两组患者平均住院天数、住院费用、健康教育达标率、患者对护理工作满意度情况。结果两组患者住院天数及住院费用比较,均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义,实验组住院天数明显短于对照组,住院费用明显低于对照组;两组患者健康教育达标率、患者对护理工作满意度比较,均P<0.01,差异具有统计学意义,实验组明显优于对照组。结论在病毒性肝炎肝硬化并消化道出血患者中应用临床护理路径,可使护理工作标准化与规范化,缩短患者住院时间及降低住院费用,提高患者健康意识和满意度,其是一种符合成本—效益的护理模式。Objective To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in patients with liver cirrhosis and gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods Two hundred patients with Type B viral hepatitis complicated by cirrhosis and gastrointestinal bleeding,selected from January 2009 to August 2010,were randomly divided into the experimental group（n = 100） and the control group（n = 100）.The control group received routine care and health education guidance and the experimental group received nursing care and health education through clinical nursing path.The average length of stay,hospital costs,health knowledge,satisfaction of patients and their families were compared between the two groups.Results The hospital stay was shorter and the cost was lower in the experimental group than in the control group,and the differences are statistically significant（P 0.01）.Patients＇ health knowledge and satisfaction of patients and their families were better in the experimental group than in the control group,and the differences are statistically significant（P 0.01）.Conclusions Application of clinical nursing pathway makes the nursing work standardized,shortens patients＇ hospitalized time,reduces the cost,and improves patients＇ satisfaction.It is a cost-efficient nursing mode.
