摘　　要：目的探讨实施APN连续性排班的实践与成效。方法 2009年9月将护士排班方式由传统排班模式改为APN连续性排班模式。比较两种排班方式病人对护士工作满意度、健康教育满意率及护士对APN排班的支持率。结果 APN连续性排班模式实施后病人对护士工作满意度、健康教育满意率及护士对分层级管理和APN连续性排班的支持率明显提高,前后比较,均P<0.01,差异具有统计学意义。结论 APN连续性排班和护士分层级管理体现以"病人为中心"的管理理念,充分发挥各层次护理人员的作用,有利于保证护理质量。Objective To explore the practice and effectiveness of APN continuity scheduling in nurses.Methods In September 2009,the traditional shifts were transformed into APN continuity scheduling.Patients＇ satisfaction on nurses＇ work and health education and nurses＇ satisfaction on the APN scheduling were compared.Results After the implementation of APN continuity scheduling,patients＇ satisfaction on nurses and health education and nurses＇ satisfaction on APN and hierarchical management were improved,and the difference was statistically significant（all P 0.01）.Conclusion APN continuity scheduling and nurses hierarchical management reflects patient-centered management philosophy,gives full play to the role of nurses at all levels,and guarantees the nursing quality.
