摘  要:在模具生产中,孔加工占有较人比重,随着机械工业的发展,对工模具的要求量及对工模具的质量都提出了很高的要求。因此提高工模具的加工质量和如何采取先进、合理的加工艺,都越来越被重视。本文结合我院实习工厂多年来模具加工的实践和经验,对于模具小深孔(由1.5~θ6)的加工工艺(淬火后)进行了总结和研究。In the mold production, drilling account for a large proportion especially with the development of machinery industry. The requirements of the molds and the quality of the molds have put forward a very high demand. Therefore, to improve the quality of the molds and how to take the advanced and reasonable processing have been attached more and more attention. In this article , processing technology( after quenching) of small deep hole drilling(θl.5^-θ6) was overviewed ,on the basis of practice and experience for mold machine in Machining Repair Factory of Zhangdian iron and steel works for the past twenty years
