摘　　要：本文论述了低熔点合金材料的性能和特点，介绍了低熔点合金模具的特点及其在板科成形中的应用。以分析拖拉机油箱的工艺特性和设计其低熔点合金模为例，论述了低熔点合金模具的结构特点，并详细论述了样件的组成和结构设计。The article describes the capability and characters of the low melting point alloy and introduces the character and the application in the sheet metal forming of the low melting point alloy die. Though the analyzing of the oil box of the tractor and the designing of the structure of the die, the article discusses the characters of the low melting point alloy die,and discussing the composition and structure design of the sample.
