摘　　要：目的探讨成人髓母细胞瘤的临床特点、诊断和治疗方法。方法回顾性分析我院2000年8月至2008年12月期间收治的16例成人髓母细胞瘤的临床及影像学表现、治疗措施与效果。结果肿瘤全切除12例,次全切除3例,部分切除1例,术后均行放疗,3例同时行化疗。术后复发3例,术后2年生存率86.7%,5年生存率66.7%。结论成人髓母细胞瘤发生于后颅窝中线区者多见。手术切除及术后全脑脊髓放疗是主要治疗方法。复发者预后差。Objective To explore the clinical characteristics, diagnosis and optimal method of adult medulloblastoma. Methods The clinical characteristics, imaging features, thrapeutic methods and outcomes of 16 adult patients with medulloblastoma who were treated in our department between August, 2000 and December, 2008, were analyzed retrospectively . Results Of 16 patients with medulloblastoma, 12 underwent total resection of the tumors, subtotal 3 and 1 partial. All the patients accepted radiotherapy and 3 received adjuvant chemotherapy postoperatively. Three patients had recurrance after initial treatment. The survival rates in 2 and 5 years were 86.7 % and 66.7 % respectively. Conclusions Midline of the posterior fossa is predominant location of adult medulloblastoma. Microsurgery and postoperative craniospinal radiotherapy are the mainstay treatments for this disease. The prognosis of recurrant patients were very poor.
