摘　　要：目的: 对注射用呋布西林钠说明书中关于溶媒、溶解性等问题进行讨论,以提高临床用药的安全性。方法:结合临床分析注射用呋布西林钠说明书中存在的问题以及由此引发的用药安全性问题。结果和结论:注射用呋布西林钠说明书中在关于溶媒、溶解性等用药问题上无指导作用,应该进行明确,以指导临床合理配制药液,保障用药效果和用药安全。Objective： By discussing the issues about solvent selection and poor solubility of furbencillin sodium, to improve its safety in clinic usage. Methods Analyzing the issues existing in the package insert of furbencillin sodium for injection and the safety problems induced by these issues. Results and Conclusion： the guideline should clearly demonstrate the issues about solvent selection and poor solubility of furbencillin sodium in order to guide the rational solution preparation and ensure the efficiency and safety of drug usage.
