裂褶菌发酵培养产酶条件的优化及用于废新闻纸脱墨的研究

摘  要:利用裂褶菌发酵培养得到的粗酶液对废新闻纸进行脱墨,对裂褶菌发酵培养产纤维素酶和木聚糖酶的条件进行了优化。结果表明,裂褶菌在以碎纸片为碳源、碳源用量为20g/L、接种量为15%(V/V)、培养时间为7d时,发酵培养所得粗酶液中纤维素酶和木聚糖酶的酶活较高。该粗酶液用于国产废新闻纸脱墨,效果明显。与对照样相比,脱墨浆白度提高3.0%ISO,有效残余油墨浓度(ERIC)值由440.4mg/kg下降为214.6mg/kg,油墨脱除效率为51.3%。纸页的抗张指数、撕裂指数和耐破指数均有所改善。Crude enzymes liquid produced by Schizophyllum commune fermentation was used in deinking process of old newsprint.And conditions for cellulase and xylanase prodution by Schizophyllum commune were optimized.Results showed that Schizophyllum commune would produce relatively high activity of cellulose and xylanase at the conditions of using scrap paper as carbon source,20g/L of carbon dosage,15% inoculation and 7days of fermentation.Obvious deinking effect was observed when using the crude enzymes liquid to treat old newsprint.Compared to the control sample,brightness increased 3 %ISO,ERIC values decreased from 440.4mg/kg to 214.6mg/kg and the deinking efficiency reached 51.3%.Tensile index,tear index and burst index of the deinking paper were all enhanced slightly.
