摘　　要：目的 调查分析护士健康水平对于其履行社会角色及个体的生活质量的影响,探讨应用健康信念模式教育对改善护士生命质量的效果.方法 将200名临床护士随机分为干预组和对照组各100名,应用健康信念模式对干预组护士进行一系列针对性的健康教育,对照组不做任何干预.应用自制调查表及世界卫生组织生活质量测定量表（WHOQOL-100）对两组护士的慢性病症、社会角色进行评估,比较教育前后两组护士生活质量的情况.结果 干预前两组护士评分差异无统计学意义,干预后干预组护士健康水平,其履行社会角色和个体的生活质量与对照组护士比较评分差异有统计学意义.结论 护士健康水平对其履行社会角色和个体生活质量有影响,应用健康信念模式可消除或减轻影响健康的危险因素,建立健康的生活、工作模式,从而改善护士的生活质量.Objective To survey and analyze the influence of nurses＇ health level on performing the social role and their life quality, explore the effect of health concept on nurses＇ life quality.Methods A total of 200 clinic nurses were randomly divided into two groups： control group and intervention group. 100 cases were in each group. The nurses in intervention group were conducted with a series of targeted health education. Self-designed scale and WHOQOL-100 were used to assess nurses＇ chronic disease, social role etc. The situation of life quality was compared between two groups before and after education.Results There were statistical differences between two groups in performing social role and life quality after intervention.Conclusions The nurse＇s health level has an effect on performing the social role and their life quality. The application of health concept can eliminate or reduce the affection of the risk factor of health, set up health life and working manner to improve their life quality.
